Description
Aluminum alloy explosion-proof LED lighting fixtures are specially designed to provide safe and reliable illumination in hazardous environments where there is a risk of explosion due to the presence of flammable gases, vapors, or dust. These fixtures are built to withstand harsh industrial conditions while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The enclosure is die casting of aluminum alloy; the corrosion-proof performance improved, and the surface is high voltage static spraying after shot-blasting and high frequency cleaning.
The exposed fastener is stainless steel. Beautiful appearance.
It can be used in Zone 1, 2, 21, 22, IIC, IIB, and IIA-type explosive gas environments.
The lampshade is anti-aging, flame retardant PC material, and can withstand 7J energy impact;
The color rendering is extraordinary. The color temperature of standard product is 5500-6500K, which can relieve traditional lighting fixture’s fatigue emotion and color temperature deviation, improve the operator's work efficiency;
The lamp uses an individual power cavity, and built-in industrial-grade constant flow source, with short circuit, overload, and overvoltage protection functions, and meets EMC requirements. The lighting can be stable under a 120-240V wide voltage range.
Emergency devices can be installed as per client requirements. When the supply power is cut off, the lighting fixture can turn to the emergency lighting condition.
